Is Franklin HVAC Group several companies?
No. Group is part of our name. We are one heating, ventilation and air conditioning company.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency service?
No. We work Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm. For gas smells or carbon monoxide alarms, leave the building and call 911 or the gas company.
Do you work on both homes and businesses?
Yes. Residential and commercial work are separate lines with the same standards: arrival windows, written quotes and a report after every visit.
Do you offer commercial maintenance plans?
Yes. We list every unit on site, schedule visits around your operation and report on each unit.
Will I get a price before work starts?
